Master Bedroom The master bedroom has spectacular views over the Estuary and is one of the most well appointed rooms in the house with a king size bed. It is spacious with more then adequate wardrobe space. The room is decorated in a neutral and modern style on the upper floor of the property.
Twin Bedroom The twin bedroom has two single beds. With is being conveniently adjacent to the master bedroom it's perfect for the kids and looks out onto the lush tropical gardens and Californian hot tub.
Studio Flat The Studio flat is a perfect addition - especially for children who prefer more independence or larger groups. The flat has its own kitchenette and bathroom giving more flexibility and perhaps the "cream on the cake"; its own sitting room with leather sofas and a TV with a DVD player. There is also a separate toilet in addition to the bathroom. The flat has two single beds and one double.
Lounge The main living room of the house is on the upper floor near the dining room and kitchen making it perfect for socialising in the evenings. Its floor to ceiling windows lookout onto the balcony and the estuary however for more inward viewing there is a large TV with full Sky HD™ package.
Dining Room, The formal dining room is large enough to accommodate most groups. There is a hi-fi player hidden in the sideboard along with separate cutlery and table linens, just in case you decide to take a break from the award winning restaurants in St. Ives for an evening.
Main Bathroom The main bathroom is very large and naturally coloured. It has a corner bathtub, and a large mirrored wall - so there are no squabbles for the mirror when the girls are getting ready.
Kitchen, A large and modern fitted kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Its well fitted with brands like NEFF and has all the equipment you could possibly need like the coffee maker, American fridge and waste disposal. Its open layout and granite breakfast bar means it's easy to keep talking and cooking at the same time.
Sun Room The large sun room off the kitchen is great in both the summer and winter as it backs onto the gardens and patios at the back of the house. It's fitted with blinds just in case the Cornish sun is a little too bright but is perfect for more informal eating.
Garden A large lawn makes good space for playing games at the front of the house, at the back; lawns, patios and sweeping pathways link the terraced spaces and tropical planting. At the back you'll find the Californian Hot Tub which is great in the day or evenings, winter or summer. A Moroccan inspired heated shower is nearby to wash off from the beach ready in time for dinner cooked on the gas barbeque.
Surroundings From the earthy woods to the calm estuary, Lelant and the surrounding area is home to some of the most picturesque views in Cornwall and has a train running from just down the road to St. Ives at regular intervals.
